Our Planning process

Every celebration is different, and I believe your planning experience should reflect that. Whether you have a clear vision from the start or are still discovering what you want your event to feel like, our process is designed to guide you through each step ensuring your celebration is thoughtful, cohesive, and beautifully executed. 

Submit an inquiry

Begin by completing our inquiry form with a few details about your event, including date, location, guest count, and event type. Each inquiry is reviewed carefully and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours. 

Secure your date

To officially reserve your event date, a signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required. Once these are completed, your event is formally booked.

Our planning process

Consultation

We schedule a consultation to discuss your event vision, priorities, and the level of planning support you may need. This conversation allows us to understand your goals and recommend the most appropriate service. 

Planning & Design

With your event day secured, we begin structured planning. Depending on your selected service, this may include vendor recommendations, design development, layout planning, budget guidance, and ongoing coordination throughout the planning process.

Custom proposal 

After our consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended service package, scope of support, and investment. 

Event execution

As your event approaches, we finalize logistics, confirm vendors, and prepare a detailed timeline to ensure every element runs smoothly. On event day, we oversee setup, manage vendors, and  coordinate the flow of the celebration so you can remain fully present and enjoy the experience.

Every event I design is intentionally curated rather than built from pre-owned inventory. This allows each celebration to feel unique, cohesive, and tailored to your vision

For decor elements not available through rental companies, we follow a transparent sourcing model: 

This approach ensures transparency in purchasing while allowing every event design to remain custom and intentional

 We curate decor selections aligned with your design concept

We provide sourcing links, quantities, and cost estimates

Clients purchase items directly or authorize us to purchase on their behalf

Items may ship to the client, venue, or planner for coordination purposes 

 Ownership of all purchased items remain with the client 

From the earliest ideas to the final moments of your celebration,my role is to guide the process, manage the details, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly. The result is an event that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and entirely your own.
